About
Practices rarely have a marketing problem
They have opportunities they never convert. ChiroFluent exists to close that gap with systems the team can actually run.
Why ChiroFluent exists
After enough time inside chiropractic practices, the same pattern repeats. The doctor is excellent. The team works hard. Marketing brings in inquiries. And still, revenue underperforms — because no single person owns the path from inquiry to collected dollar.
Billing companies see the end of that path. Consultants see the beginning. Neither closes the loop. ChiroFluent was built to own the whole path: diagnose it, rebuild it, train the team on it, and then use live billing data to keep improving the front end that created the problem in the first place.
That is why we call it an operating system. It is not a service you buy once. It is the way the practice runs.

Dani Spath
Founder & Owner, ChiroFluent
Dani Spath has spent more than two decades solving the operational problems that quietly cost chiropractic practices time, revenue, and peace of mind.
Her experience reaches far beyond billing. Throughout her career, Dani has worked across nearly every part of chiropractic practice administration—including insurance verification, patient financial communication, coding, documentation, Medicare compliance, personal injury cases, authorizations, collections, staff training, payer-specific requirements, office workflows, and practice management.
That experience led her to an important conclusion: most billing problems do not begin in the billing department.
They begin upstream—when benefits are misunderstood, patient information is entered incorrectly, authorizations are missed, documentation does not support the services provided, financial expectations are unclear, or staff members are left guessing about what should happen next.
Dani founded ChiroFluent to help chiropractic practices address those problems at their source.
Rather than repeatedly correcting the same errors after they occur, Dani helps practices identify why the problem is happening and build the solution into the way the office operates. Through ChiroFluent, she develops customized Revenue Operating Systems that connect the entire patient-to-payment path—from the first patient inquiry and front-desk interaction to documentation, coding, billing, collection, retention, and performance measurement.
Her approach combines operational assessment, customized workflows, SOPs, staff training, accountability tools, compliance processes, payer intelligence, and hands-on implementation. These systems are designed around the realities of each individual practice—including its providers, team, software, payer mix, patient population, and goals.
Dani is also known for her ability to identify and solve difficult payer and claim problems. When regulations, modifiers, edits, or payer requirements change, she looks beyond the individual denial to find the underlying pattern. Once the cause is identified, she turns the solution into a repeatable process and brings it back upstream—helping the practice prevent the same problem from recurring.
This philosophy sits at the heart of ChiroFluent: Find the problem. Determine why it is happening. Fix the process. Train the team. Prevent it from happening again.
Dani’s mission is to give chiropractors the operational infrastructure they need to collect what they have appropriately earned, strengthen compliance, reduce unnecessary administrative friction, and create a practice that functions with greater clarity and consistency—so providers can spend more of their energy caring for patients.
Outside of ChiroFluent, Dani is a proud wife, mother of seven, and Oma to a grandson. Much of her time away from work is spent supporting her family at baseball games, wrestling tournaments, and other competitive sporting events. Managing a large, active family while building a business has reinforced the same qualities she brings to every client relationship: organization, adaptability, accountability, persistence, and the belief that strong systems make meaningful growth possible.
Principles
What we will and will not do
Compliance is not optional
Documentation should reflect the care actually delivered. We never recommend unnecessary care, unsupported coding, unbundling, or noncompliant billing.
Patients before revenue
Better systems should make care clearer and easier to follow. Revenue is the result of that, not the reason for it.
No guarantees, ever
We model ranges, we show assumptions, and we tell you when a number depends on something we cannot control.
Systems over slogans
A workflow your team can run on a bad Tuesday is worth more than any strategy that only works in theory.
