This site does not request or knowingly store protected health information. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, insurance identifiers, or clinical details anywhere on this site. Any such data submitted in error will be deleted.

To generate and deliver your modeled results, to follow up about a Discovery Session, to send occasional operational content you can unsubscribe from at any time, and to improve the calculator and site in aggregate.

We do not sell your information. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, scheduling, and analytics, each bound to process data only on our instructions. A current list of processors is available on request at dani@chirofluent.net.

Data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access, correction, or deletion at dani@chirofluent.net or by calling (208) 841-6605, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
